Enterprise AI-Assisted Software Development for a Global Consulting Firm

The client requires the development and enhancement of enterprise software as part of a long-term digital transformation initiative. Given the sensitivity of the client's own information, the project is subject to exceptionally stringent security, confidentiality and software engineering requirements. Unlike many enterprise projects where AI usage is restricted, the client explicitly required the development team to leverage modern AI-assisted software engineering tools (including Claude Code) to increase productivity while maintaining strict governance over code quality, security and intellectual property.
