Via Verde, a mobility solutions provider in Portugal, asked Bliss Applications to audit accessibility across its iOS and Android apps and websites for individuals and businesses. Over about two months, the audit covered 1,560 unique web pages and 7,362 key app screens using manual and automated testing. It identified 255 accessibility issues, mapped them against WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria, and provided technical recommendations for remediation. No fixes were implemented during this phase.
