Roche is a healthcare company based in Switzerland. Roche HCP Portal, a digital environment for the medical specialists where they can find information about Roche products and all the possible supporting materials, was in focus. The portal was outdated and out of usage, so out task was - identify the low traffic reason and implement increase strategy.
