Indonesia Modernizes Tax Registration, Filing, Payments and Compliance

The Indonesian Ministry of Finance’s Directorate General of Taxes replaced fragmented, partially manual systems with an integrated Core Tax Administration System and nationwide taxpayer portal. The platform supports registration, filing, payments, audits, and enforcement through paperless workflows, real-time data processing, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring. Qualysoft led software development and systems integration as part of a consortium. Reported results include faster processing, reduced administrative burden, improved data accuracy and transparency, stronger fraud prevention, and online self-service for citizens and businesses.
